My name is Laura Prochnow Phillips. I am an integrative health coach through Duke Integrative Medicine at Duke University, and I am the founder of Evolve Integrative Health Coaching.
I do this work because I believe that midlife provides women with a rare opportunity to re-evaluate, reassess, and redesign their lives on their own terms. It’s not a midlife crisis—it’s the perfect moment to Evolve! I would be honored to work with you, and here’s why I’m terrific at what I do:

I have a unique combination of rigorous training, proven skills, extensive knowledge, and pertinent personal experience that make me understand and respect women at midlife in my head, heart, and bones. I’ve been there and done that, and I’ve got a lot more valuable stuff than just a t-shirt to share with you.
I care deeply about you and your vision for health & wellness.
I am a warm, caring, and laser-focused listener, staunch advocate, and true believer in the ability of each woman to thrive at midlife once they have the tools, guidance, and support to make their wildest dreams come to life. But one size does not fit all when you work with me—everything is tailored to your individual wants and needs.

Transforming your life is profoundly important, but it doesn’t have to be a humorless slog. Our work together—just like life itself—is best when it’s joyful, creative, and honest. I am just as likely to reference Dr. Andrew Weil, Jon Kabat-Zinn, and Maya Angelou in our sessions as I am Steven Colbert, Florence + the Machine, and Homer Simpson.
